ATATÜRK BRIDGE
Atatürk Bridge, alternatively known as the Unkapanı Bridge, is a highway bridge on the Golden Horn in Istanbul, Turkey. It is named after Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and first President of the Republic of Turkey.
FATİH SULTAN MEHMET BRIDGE
The Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, also known as the Second Bosphorus Bridge, is a bridge in Istanbul, Turkey spanning the Bosphorus strait. When completed in 1988 it had the 6th longest suspension bridge span in the world; today it is 18th.
GALATA BRIDGE
Galata Bridge is the heart of Istanbul, spanning the Golden Horn from Karaköy on the north to Old Istanbul, centered on Sultanahmet, on the south.
Crossing the bridge you look west toward Europe and east across the Bosphorus to Üsküdar and Asia.
Right at the northern end is Karaköy (Galata), a Genoese colony during Byzantine times.
THE BOSPHORUS BRIDGE
The Bosphorus Bridge, also called the First Bosphorus Bridge is one of two suspension bridges spanning the Bosphorus strait in Istanbul, Turkey; thus connecting Europe and Asia. The bridge is located between Ortaköy and Beylerbeyi.
